If you want to get in touch — about a review, a correction, a partnership, a card you’d like us to cover, or anything else — email is the fastest way.

Email

[email protected]

We read every email. We aim to reply within 48 working hours; complex or research-heavy questions can take longer, but we won’t ignore you.

What to write about

Corrections and factual errors — please. If we got a fee wrong, missed a supported country, or wrote about a feature that no longer works the way we said, tell us. Include the URL of the page and what’s wrong. We aim to fix verified errors within five working days.

Card requests — if there’s a crypto card we don’t cover and you think we should, tell us which one and why. We can’t review every card on the market, but reader requests strongly influence the queue.

User experiences — if you use a card we’ve reviewed and your real experience differs from what we wrote, we want to hear it. Long-term, real-world use is the hardest thing to capture from outside, and reader feedback is one of the better signals we have.

Press, partnerships and business inquiries — same address, but mention “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject so it gets routed correctly. We’re open to genuine partnerships; we don’t accept paid reviews, sponsored rankings or content swaps that compromise editorial independence (see our Editorial Policy and Affiliate Disclosure).

Privacy and data requests — to exercise your rights under our Privacy Policy (access, deletion, rectification etc.), use the same email and mention “Privacy request” in the subject. We respond within 30 days.

What not to email about

  • Card-specific support. If your card is locked, your transaction failed, your KYC is stuck, or your cashback hasn’t arrived — that’s a question for the card provider’s support, not for us. We’re a publication; we don’t have visibility into your account.
  • Investment advice. We don’t provide it. See our Disclaimer.
  • Crypto recovery scams — we will never help you recover lost crypto, and anyone claiming to do so via email is a scammer. Don’t engage with them, and don’t pay anyone who claims they can.

Response times

Most emails get a reply within 48 working hours. The exceptions:

  • Detailed factual questions that require us to re-research something — up to a week.
  • Partnership and business inquiries during busy periods — up to a week.
  • Privacy requests under data-protection law — within 30 days, as required.

If you haven’t heard back in a week and your question was straightforward, please follow up — the email may have been filtered or missed.

What you won’t find here

  • A phone number. We’re a writing operation, not a call centre.
  • A live chat widget. Email’s better — searchable, less rushed, and we can think before we answer.
  • A contact form. Email gives you a record of what you sent; a form doesn’t.
